June Challenge: Shrink Art

Do you remember making Shrinky Dinks as a kid? Color a design onto a special weight of plastic, put it in the oven, watch the plastic curl and shrink. 

Well, I found a source for shrink plastic. I distributed a sheet to each AuralArtist. Now it's up to each of us to come up with a fun idea. I've added some interesting choices to our Pinterest board. I'm particularly enchanted with this fish in a bowl.

Finding a way to incorporate our themes might be easy, like a heart bracelet.

Or maybe we'll choose to make something "practical" like these buttons. (The giraffes are adorable).
